We help local councils to review their land and property assets to identify the potential to deliver new community value and to make the most efficient operating use of those assets. Our team includes consultants that have joined us from senior town council roles. Their operational experience blended with our planning and development expertise gives us special insights for realising opportunities. We produce feasibility studies, secure planning permission, including neighbourhood development orders (NDOs) and support funding applications for projects including negotiation S106 and CIL contributions.
