We take the strain off busy clerks and increase the likelihood of success by making effective representations on planning applications and appeals. This includes engaging with developers and the LPA at the pre-application stage, commenting on the application (including reserved matters) and acting as advocates and expert witnesses at appeals.
We can also help manage the monthly planning list.
