This scheme was brought forward as part of the Sovereign Harbour masterplan to provide a mixed use development on a 5.07 hectare site located along the north eastern edge of Eastbourne with an extensive frontage to the A259 Pevensey Bay Road. Oneill Homer provided masterplanning and architectural services to achieve planning consent for the scheme and provide a development framework for bringing forward individual projects.


The scheme comprises around 12,000sq.m employment uses within classes B1a/b, C1, C2, D1, a residential development of 70 dwellings and a new public park to serve a wider masterplan area.


An 850 sq.m two storey medical centre to serve the wider community has been completed and the residential development is underway which includes an
ecology area with site specific planting and landscaping, along with permeable roadways to allow rainwater to percolation as part of the SUDs strategy.
